The Waxhaw Farmers’ Market has always been a special place because of the people who support it.

For more than 19 years, the farmers’ market has made a huge impact on a small budget. Our straight-from-the-farm local harvests have made us a year-round Saturday morning destination for hundreds of customers who want to know where their food comes from, how it is grown, and the farmers who grow it. Customers are drawn to the fresh locally produced food and hand-made products from more than 20 vendors. They enjoy our friendly down-to-Earth atmosphere, free weekly events, and fun activities. Over the years, our loyal market customers have strongly supported us in good times and through tough circumstances. The market is thriving on such solid support, and while vendor fees and fundraisers pay for basic expenses, we need additional support to help us meet mounting operating costs and to make further improvements and to provide a better shopping experience for our customers.

 

We are continuing to welcome donations from individuals and businesses into 2021.
