If you are interested in becoming a Waxhaw Farmers’ Market vendor, begin by reading the documents in the application form to see if your product qualifies. Please note, we are a "producers only" market, which means all of our farmers and artisan vendors grow, raise, bake, or make the items they sell.

Next, fill out the VENDOR APPLICATION form completely. It is your responsibility to understand and follow all county, state, and federal requirements regarding your business and food safety. The North Carolina Department of Agriculture (NCDA) is a good place to start in order to understand the requirements.

Fees for membership include a $150.00 annual membership fee, which goes towards listing your business on our website, and gains you access to vote at our annual meeting. Tents are provided, and we therefore also require a weekly booth fee.

  1. Vendor Application

  2. Emergency Contact Form

  3. NCDA inspection or Health Department Inspection, if applicable

  4. Licenses, if applicable 

  5. Insurance documentation

  6. Course completion certificates, if applicable

  7. Pictures of your offerings

  8. $25 application fee for new vendors

The Board of Directors reviews applications on a monthly basis. No application will be considered until all required items are received.
